At the last minute last night, we decided to hit up Rainbow for a late movie! (Two Toonie Tuesday!) We saw "Law Abiding Citizen" which we had pretty low expectations for. I also, was a little hesitant to watch a movie where someone goes around killing police officers, lawyers and judges, but the movie surprised us by being interesting and suspenseful - even a little graphic. They even held back on the cheese - aside from a nearly nude scene of Gerard Butler (which I don't think any women in the audience would protest too loudly) and a fire scene at the end, they kept the cheese safe for the lactose intolerant in the crowd.
Overall a pretty good movie!
After the movie we found out Winks - aka our favorite bar; also has a $3.00 Corona night! Finding this out of course we decided to hit up some of that action! We had a fabulous time despite the Western students that managed to step out of the line for Jacks, just long enough to find out that Winks exists.
